The room smells cigarrette the linens have burn holes too. It is better to pay more in other accommodations around the area. I will not recommend to anyone especially with family and kids.
Not really 1 , dump, rooms smell of smoke but they tell you that they are non smoking. Sheets had holes carpets were dirty. Double billed on visa, what else can go wrong. Not really a motel, mostly used as a low income housing.
Rooms are cluttered especially #148. House keeping turns a blind eye on this room. Bed bugs were also an issue and still an issue. Nasty! Break ins. House keeping doesn't do a good job, especially #148. Hoarder. I don't understand how they tolerate that. 80yr old man snow blowing parking lot!!! REALLY!!! Can be loud at times. Parking lot party, drugs, drinking & drunks.
For the cost of it i could spend $20 more dollar and stayed at the Super8 motel which would of been better then staying here at the knight inn . I wouldn't stay there again they mafe a mis take and put us in a dirty room and tgen put us in z upgraded room with a king bed it had a soap bottle on the floor over all not impressed. But it was a place to sleep.
Disgusting, HORRIBLE customer service!!! Made a bride cry on her wedding night, said no pets are allowed when I found on 3 separate booking sites saying that its a pet friendly hotel. Yelled at her and when I spoke to him on the phone asking for our money back since we couldnt stay there he refused and said cancellation policy is 24 hours. Are you kidding me??? We are supposed to magically know that your listings on external bookings sites where im sure 90% of people book from, all have false information regarding your pet policy?? Im speechless. The manager of this place is such a scam artist!!!
