We stayed at Bluebird Meadows or the first time in February 2017 and again this year in Feb. 2018. This is really a charming place to stay in, with the best breakfast that we have ever had in a bed&breakfast accommodation so far! Donna even takes care what did she served you last time and she would not serve you the same specialties of hers if you visit her multiple times! Donna does this with her full heart. Everything in that home is done with so much care, taste and love. Many bird feeders in their back yard attract flocks of Blue jays and many other species of birds, which I cannot recognize. If this happens to you, just take a look at Donnas coffee table and you will find a book about birds in Ontario and many other books about places to visit in Ontario which are so interesting and useful! While Donna is the creator of this paradise, Larry is there to help in any possible way and - the most important to joke with the guest. Another reason to visit this place is because they are so close to Wye Marsh and Horseshoe valley and Mount St. Louis, so you can at the same time enjoy in sports and the beauty of nature in central Ontario. We had a wonderful getaway and I highly recommend this place to everybody!
Some of the best tasting food I've ever eaten and plenty of it! We were supplied with bags to take leftovers with us to snack on later. Clean, comfortable and beautiful room and common area. Gorgeous property. Saw 2 kinds of woodpeckers, blue jays, a yellow finch, chipmunks, squirrels including a red squirrel which we don't see at home, rabbits, etc. Lovely deck behind the house to relax and read and watch the wildlife and similarly a little pond with waterfall a short walk from the deck. Lots of beautiful flowers. Friendly, helpful and informative hosts. Bonus: Got to see flying squirrels for the first time in my life! An all-round wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat.
We had 2 great nights at this place! Food was out of this world. The suites were clean and well maintained. The grounds are so beautiful. The hosts, Donna and Larry were just wonderful.
Bluebird Meadows B&B is amazing, as always. Never had a bad visit here, and we've stayed here ten times. Always very clean and the four course breakfasts are to die for. Donna is the best B&B hostess, hands down.
