This is a great store. They have a wide variety of selection for dog food, snacks, supplies, etc. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and professional. The store used to be inside the mall many years ago, but now you access it from the outside. There is lots of parking too.
I absolutely have to give a massive shout-out to Pet Valu in Midland. This store is genuinely the best spot for pet supplies, not just because of the great selection, but because the service is next level. The entire team of employees consistently provides extremely good customer service, anyone who complains about them is just looking for a reason to be mad. They are all so knowledgeable and quick to jump in and help without being pushy. Shopping here is actually enjoyable because they make everything so easy. Seriously, they're always helpful, and they clearly love pets! And I need to give a specific thanks to Amanda. She is the absolute best! Amanda is always so personable and eager to help—she remembers small details and genuinely makes you feel like a friend every time you check out. Her positive energy is contagious! If you want amazing service and a team that genuinely cares, you need to be shopping here. I'll choose them over going to Global any day!
I needed to wash my dog because he got sprayed by a skunk. I waited a week for the smell to wear off and even washed him once at home first. I was told I cannot wash him there and I have to wait 6 months because it smells up the store too much… it’s a pet store… VERY frustrated!
Great place great people anything you possibly could think of the most likely have haven't let me down yet also some employees do have a lot of knowledge and know what they're talking about. Would recommend to anyone.
Always wonderfully fun, helpful and patient staff with honest and open information who never rush our purchase or push certain brands. Their knowledge and experience make a difference.
Customer service is absolutely astounding!!! We were at our wits end trying to get our 14 yr. Old. Cat to eat. We tried everything. Today, two people helped us. Marsha (I think) was amazing!! We brought home raw food and some pouches. He ate!!!!!!! Finally!!! So so so grateful!!!
We added a new fur baby to out family, his name is Joey and we have never raised a puppy before. We went to see the Midlnd staff about some puppy questions we have had....twice and they were still knowledgeable, friendly and great to talk to!!! Great place and great staff!!
