Went in for a reptile bulb and had the best customer service. They tested the bulb, and educated me on the lighting for my snakes tank. I recommend this as the go to store for pets in Midland.

Always such a great experience with these folks. Friendly knowledgable staff who take the time to understand my needs, they even offer allergy tests which I sent away and now know what my dog is sensitive with. They make both of my pets very happy..
**Bad Experience at Global Pet Foods!** I regret visiting the Global Pet Foods on King St. in Midland. The service was terrible, especially from Kimberly Tower, who was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. There are much better options available!
A good place to shop. However, reprimanded us for how we feed our cats. We use the diet recommended by our vet due to dietary issues and do not appreciate being judged based off of something they may not know the full story of.
Always an amazing place to shop prices are great and the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about animals of all types. They offer alot of neat services as well as alot of products you might not be able to find at a generic superstore. Have gone there for year and will continue to.
These condecending morons think that failing to honour their Own guarantee is somehow something that you should expect because, clearly, it's your own negligence that causes the death of the sickly pets they sell. Not. Guess what? You're nowhere near the only pet store in town. I guess having 3 employees that stand around doing nothing but blaming the customer is causing some financial strain. Sayonara. PS I see all these great reviews after I posted mine and, oh, what a surprise, they are all pretty much contrived by professional reviewers. Fake not news.
