if I could give a negative number I would. On Saturday August 11/18 I woke up to find my diabetic cat in insulin shock, I called here knowing they had a vet on staff on Saturdays. I was told to take my cat to Barrie Emergency Clinic. I told them my cat would not make the drive but again I was told the appointments were full. I begged that is was an emergency but they did not budge. Although I never said this while on the phone I wanted to scream what the hell kind of vet is it that would not take a cat in dire condition....looks like they want the money only, however I would be paying them too. If I was there for an appointment I would have gladly rescheduled mine for an emergency. If I had an emergency the hospital would certainly take me in, I just don't know why the vet and the staff working that day are even in this business as there is no empathy there. SHAME on all of you
Our service was excellent from the front desks making arrangements for us to see Dr. Mike, right to the technicians who showed Ceali their love & concern. We had a follow up today & Dr. Mike has asked us to call him on Tuesday with an update, making sure to tell the staff he will speak to us right away!We are grateful for his compassion towards our little girl as we struggle seeing her go through this!...Thanks again Dr. Mike
They are always so helpful and kind. I was there to have my cat put down and the staff was very compassionate with the situation
It's a really good place and they take good care of my dog Prices differ from other vets.
Dr Rob was excellent with our dog. Spent time with her to figure out what was wrong then explained our yreatment options. The staff is accommodating and will squeeze you in if they can.
