Very bad customer service. Better not to deal with him or his office They just don't care about the customers.
Absolutely Horrible Called to cancel my insurance after I sold my vehicle, a few weeks later they took an insurance payment out so I called my bank to recover that money. Called them back and they said that I never told them I sold it and they want that payment even though I told them I sold my vehicle. They then put it on my record driving my premiums through the roof. They gave me a number I can call to complain which was a fake number leading me to a one question servey that hangs up. I would never use statefarm again in my life, I feel completely disrespected.
