Disappointed in the staff not knowing their own sale add. I stopped in for some paint not knowing some was on a bogo sale. The clerk mixed the color I wanted and sent me away with one gallon. The paint wasn't cheap at nearly fifty bucks a gallon. Got home to discover their sale add had paint on a buy one get one free. Sure could have used the bogo gallon! What is the point of my ace rewards card? It sure isn't to make sure I'm getting a good deal!
We love to just roam around in this store.They have everything you need.The staff are usually easy to find.
This particular location's staff has always been very friendly. If you have any questions any one of them are more than willing to assist. They're prices are a bit higher than other hardware stores but nonetheless it's worth the few pennies for the good service.
I like totally love this place although the prices are high. They have the most amazing employees they are very attentive and so positive. Leo is a great asset to this company as well as the manager, and the 2 cashiers I had dealings with really wish I had gotten all of their names. The manager allowed us to enter the store 2 min before closing, and although everyone was ready to go home they all offered exceptional service the atmosphere was so positive. This manager should really be proud of himself and his staff Ill forever be a customer here. Thank you for the best service I have ever had in retail. Kuddos
I love this place. unlike some of the other chain stores in town I can walk in ask anyone a question and they will find someone to answer it for me. there's no wandering around there's no not having a clue what you're looking for they always find what you need.
