This is a gym that ain't pretty, but has everything you could want if you're looking to get fit. They have a large free weight and separate machine areas. There is also a separate ladies workout room with weights and machines. The rooms for classes are quite big and there seems to be a good number of fitness classes going on all day long. I'm enjoying working out here...
Its a great place for work out, but it close too early at weekend especially on Sunday! So I dont have enough time to do my work out!
This is a really nice gym and most surprisingly it's not too crowded most of the time. I have been a member for over a year and I now prefer this location to the other on loop 250.
U can get a full workout here! That I like but the place is very poorly maintained. Some machines dont work probably but overall equipment is good. Reason for 1 star is they ignore several complaints of Maintance. Mens restrooms are filthy and always missing something. But they will charge a full price though
